Those who participate in the conference can submit their journal articles to two publications managed by Samar State University. The CHED accredited Countryside Development Research Journal (CDRJ) and the Journal of Academic Research (JAR) which are both online. The two journal can accommodate quality paper for publication. The CDRJ will publish a special issue for papers presented in the povcon2018.
